As the Owner of JVJ Consulting LLC, I lead a dual-impact business that combines strategic planning and virtual mental health services. My mission is to empower communities, elevate small businesses, and support individuals through sustainable, forward-thinking solutions that prioritize both people and the planet. • Virtual Clinical Services: Providing therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

Leading the coordination of $44.7 million in federal grants across 164 awards. I have developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training modules for national program implementation, and manage partnerships, data visualization, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement nationwide, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

My experience in a high-demand, compassionate environment sharpened my ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing a supportive atmosphere for clients and their pets.

U.S. Armed Forces | 2004–2012
During my time in the military, I developed strong leadership, discipline, and operational skills. My military experience shaped my ability to manage high-pressure situations, work in diverse teams, and remain adaptable in dynamic environments. These skills have proven invaluable in my professional roles, especially in federal program management and consulting.
